We design and manufacture Powder Dispensing / Sampling booths to give mixed air flow stream for product, operator & environmental protection and used to control the hazardous emissions of dust powder during powder dispensing/ sampling process. 0.3 micron downward air stream deflects air-borne dust away from the operator breathing zone which is caused in handling operation.
Available dust particles in air are being filtered at three levels of filtration prior to being circulated back to the booths air stream.

KLINOTECH Mobile trolley LAF is used to protect the material from contamination by preventing cross contamination, while passing through non sterile area in between two sterile zones. The mobile trolley works on battery backup, while it is on mobile mode i.e. while movement of material from a sterile zone to sterile zone passing non sterile zone.

These are designed cabins that are specially prepared for the removal of dust particles and polluting products that may be deposited in personnels work materials or clothing at he entrance or exit of clean or containment area.

Air curtains sometimes reffered to as fly fans, supply a high-velocity stream of air across a door or window opening that keeps pests like insects from entering the building. To be most effective, air curtain should ne mounted inside the Foyer/ Vestibule over the building entrance door. Depending upon climatic conditions, either a heated or unheated model may be used.
